Facilities in the area

The large courtyard in Emmahus will be designed with a lounge and play area as well as trees, shrubs and plants. You will be next door to the green park Sydhaven, and in extension of this park you will find Bellakvarter's activity rooftop with exercise facilities, basketball court, playground and much more. Around the corner you'll also find Byparken, where you can take a walk or use the public soccer field and beach volleyball court, and you're close to Amager Fælled. Emmahus is located close to everything you need.

With Amager Fælled as a neighbor, you are always close to the possibility of a walk, jog or bike ride in beautiful surroundings towards the city center. The wild nature of the Commons is also visible in the courtyard, which is inspired by the trees and tall grasses of the Commons.

In Gertrudehus, you also have the Bella Center metro station around the corner as well as the Bella Quarter's activity hub, the upcoming urban environment with shops and cafés and much more

Practical information

There is ample parking in the parking garage next door, and further down the street you'll find the nearest grocery store. If you need a bigger shopping trip, Field's is on the other side of Byparken, where you'll also find a movie theater and restaurants. The Bella Center metro station is also 500 meters from the property, from where it only takes 10 minutes to get to Kongens Nytorv.
