Request a viewing

You can easily request a viewing by clicking on the green button on the property  advertisement. Depending on the number of applications, we select a group of candidates to view the property. If you do not receive a response or invitation, unfortunately, you have not been selected to come and view. 

If you are invited, we will send you a link with a date and time for the viewing. Often the viewing takes place with the current tenant, and therefore, it is not possible to reschedule the viewing. In the unlikely event that you cannot be present at the viewing, we kindly ask you to cancel the viewing in the appointment confirmation.

Thank you for your interest in the property. When scheduling a viewing, we invite several interested candidates. If you have not received an email within the last two weeks, you can send an email to info@livresidential.dk, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

We only invite a small group of people to view the property to give more personal attention, so we don’t have to disappoint many candidates after the viewing. Some rental properties may be smaller in size or have limited viewing areas. In this case, inviting a smaller group of people can ensure that everyone has a chance to see the property and ask any questions they may have.
