After the viewing

After the viewing, you can send us an email stating your interest in renting the property. We will try to contact you shortly if you are the preferred candidate for the apartment.

If there are several interested parties for the same property, allocation will take place based on the best match between the candidate and the home. In the case of equal suitability of candidates, the successful candidate will be randomly allocated, or a choice will be made based on personal acquaintance. We advise you to complete your registration as soon as possible to increase your chances of getting a home.
