Do I have to pay a deposit and prepaid rent when renting a property?
When signing a leasing contract, LIV Residential will require 1 month’s rent as prepaid rent and 3 months’ security deposit, plus the first month’s rent. When you terminate the leasing contract, you don’t pay rent for the last month in the termination period, as this payment was done at the start of the lease, namely the prepaid rent. LIV Residential has the right to deviate from this standard procedure.
