Here, you can see all the apartments, and furthermore see which ones are available. Available apartments will be marked with "Available". By clicking on the available apartment you want to rent, you will be guided through the registration process.
We advise you to complete the registration as quickly as possible to increase your chance of being allocated an apartment.
Once you have been offered an apartment and signed the contract, you must pay a move-in price.
The move-in price consists of a deposit equivalent to three months' rent, as well as the rent for the first and last month you live in the apartment.
Therefore, you do not have to pay rent for the last month you live in the apartment.
The lease is non-terminable for the tenant for a period of 9 months from the start of the contract. The tenant can therefore only terminate the lease 9 months after this date. After the expiration of the non-terminable period, the tenant can terminate the lease with 3 months' written notice for vacating on the 1st of a month.
Each apartment has one storage room available. This storage room is either a separate storage room that can be found in the basement or another place in the building, or an integrated storage room located within the apartment.
You do not need a CPR number to rent a LIV Residential apartment. If you do not have a CPR number, we simply need other documentation to approve you as a tenant.
As soon as you have reserved an apartment, we ask for the following information:
- Full name
- Current address
- Email address
- Phone number
- CPR number
We perform an RKI-check on all our potential tenants.
If you do not have a CPR number, we need further information from you. Contact us via email if you do not have a CPR number, and we will assist you with the information we need.
The lease is signed via MitID. If you do not have MitID, you can sign the contract using 2-factor authentication on your phone. Once all parties have signed the contract, you will receive the signed agreement as an email.
As soon as the lease is signed and the move-in amount are paid, our property manager will contact you to schedule the key handover.
The first key handovers are planned to take place from the beginning of July 2024.
Pets are allowed if approved by the landlord.
If you do not already have home insurance, you, as a tenant, are responsible for obtaining insurance before moving into the apartment.
